Information about e-tickets
After purchase, you will immediately receive a confirmation with a provisional e-ticket to guarantee your seats.

Final e-tickets (QR codes) will be sent by email 1 month before the concert, for security and anti-fraud control reasons.

To buy a ticket on our website, first select the desired event, choose your seating category, and then follow the payment steps. Once the payment is validated, you will receive an e-ticket or a confirmation link by email.

๐Ÿชช Do I need to be a member of an official fan club to buy tickets?

No. Unlike official presale sales reserved for members (like the ARMY Membership for BTS), our platform allows you to buy tickets without being an official member. You can buy a ticket directly from resellers or other fans.

๐Ÿ“ง What should I do if I haven't received my e-ticket?

First, check your spam/junk mail folder. If you still haven't received anything within 24 hours of your purchase, contact our customer support with your order number.

Yes! You can buy tickets for multiple dates or venues as long as they are available in our catalog.

๐Ÿ“ฑ Can I use my phone to show the ticket at the entrance?

Yes. E-tickets sent by email can be shown on your phone directly at the event entrance. Make sure the screen is clear enough and the barcode is fully scanned.

โ—๏ธ Is there a limit on the number of tickets per buyer?

Yes, a limit may apply depending on the event or the reseller's policy. Generally, the limit is a maximum of 4 tickets per buyer to prevent excessive resellingโ€”but check each event individually as this can vary.

We generally accept major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard), as well as secure online payments through our partners (Stripe, PayPal, etc.). Available options are displayed at checkout.

๐ŸŽซ Can I cancel or get a refund for a ticket?

Tickets purchased on our platform are non-refundable, unless the event is canceled. In the event of a cancellation, we will explain the refund or credit procedure.
